Green lantern was made in 2011 by director martin campbell. the film is a adaptation of the DC comics superhero green lantern. Out of the 3 well known lanterns through the history of the comics, the film focuses on the the second green lantern "Hal Jordan". The film was a great succsess making a gross total of   $219,851,172 from a budget of $200,000,000. the production companys involved were warnerbros and DC entertainment. this is one of the best DC movies i have ever seen and will be furious if there is not another. :)
